IDD 1507 Dialling Method

Simply dial the prefix 1507 and then the country code, area code and local number to connect to any part of the world.
 
IDD Roaming User Guide
Online Arrangement
1. Create your own 1507 Web Center account
2. Log on 1507 Web Center wherever you are then you may change your PIN, preset overseas number being diverted to and check your bill online
 
Update your service command by phone
1. Call 2157 2158 + 1 to access the interface of IDD Roaming
2. enter your IDD Roaming Service Number (initial 3)
3. then enter your PIN
4. press 1 to enter/change your overseas number (fixed line or mobile) being diverted to
(Including country code, area code and phone number)
5 press 3 to change your PIN
 
How to use IDD Roaming
1. Call forward your HK phone number to your IDD Roaming number and your IDD Roaming Service will be activated immediately
2. Call forward your HK phone number to your IDD Roaming number
  Call Forward :

Fixed Line - *05 + ROAMING number ;
Mobile - **21* + ROAMING number + # + Call
  Cancel :
Fixed Line - #05 ;
Mobile - ##21# + Call

How to use ecCall International Calling Service
1. Using any local fixed line or mobile phone and dial：
International Access Code + 852 + ecCall Number
2. Hang up after connecting the call
3. Call will be made from the ecCall system to your Preset Overseas Number
4.

Pick up the phone and make international call to any destinations around the world
  For calls made to HK, please enter：
1507 + 852 + HK Telephone Number
For calls made to destinations excluding HK, please enter：
1507 + Country Code + Area Code + Local Telephone Number
