Service Terms & Conditions:
ecSMS Secretarial Service

Limited quota for Free Trial*. |

This monthly plan is charged on
basis of per registered mobile number. |

Prepayment of ecSMS Secretarial
Service fee is not refundable nor being used to settle
any other service charges of ecTelecom. |

If customer fails to provide a
valid email address for billing purpose, service plan
fee with postal bill (HK$34/month) will be charge |

Upon expiry of the contract, the
plan will be renewed automatically. Customers are required
to give 1 week notice to ecTelecom Ltd. for contract termination.
The termination will be effective in the following month
and there will be no refund for any prepaid service fee. |

Receiving International SMS while
overseas may incur additional charges. Please check with
your mobile operator for details. |

We will try our best to delivery
all SMS promptly. Overseas/auto-roaming service availability
depends on local mobile network operators. |

You are wholly responsible to the
content accuracy of text messages that anyone may leave
to you via this service or you may send out via our online
facility. |

The charges are non-refundable
under any circumstances once SMS has been successfully
sent regarding to system record. |

The SMS content is not available
to recipients using fixed-line services. Customers will
still be charged for sending such content to inapplicable
recipients. |

Delay in SMS delivery may occur
due to overseas network conditions. |

While replying SMS via ecSMS Online
Centre, your display number will be generated randomly. |

ecTelecom reserves the right to
make final decision in case of any dispute. |
